COVID-19 Schedule Update

Effective Saturday, 3/28/2020
and continuing until further notice.

During the COVID-19 outbreak, please check this website or call our office at (502) 426-2444 for updates to our schedule. Our next scheduled update is listed above. Please note that the COVID-19 situation has changed rapidly, and may continue to change. We are seeking to make the best decisions based on what we know at the present time.

Until further notice, these regular events on the HBC campus are postponed:
Sunday School
Sunday Worship
Tuesday morning Men’s Bible study
Bible Study Fellowship
Wednesday night activities
Gym rentals
Young at Heart exercise group
HBC homeschool group
Aashirwad Fellowship & Creative Kids
Committee, Ministry Team, and Members’ meetings
Other Bible study & fellowship meetings

We will consistently reach out through this website, through email, and through other methods to foster communication and encouragement in Christ for as long as this outbreak lasts. Future HBC events are under consideration as this COVID-19 situation continues to unfold. As soon as we feel that we should resume in-person worship and Sunday School, we will let you know as quickly as possible.

We are urging everyone, especially those over 60 or with underlying health conditions, to take precautions to avoid becoming infected with COVID-19 or potentially infecting others. We also encourage everyone to read the full community guidance on COVID-19 at

Again, please check this website frequently for updates during this critical time. Pray to God for the swift resolution of COVID-19 worldwide. This disease has hit many other areas of the world worse than our own. Pray for the healing of those who have the disease and pray for wisdom for those who are combating its spread. And pray that along the way, doors would even open to the spread of the good news of Jesus Christ. So if you are a follower of Jesus Christ, during this time of uncertainty about COVID-19, be wise, do not fear, and share the promise of the gospel.
