(click here to enter our giving portal.)

How will my donation appear on my bank or credit/debit account statement?
All transactions will appear as HURSTBOURNE BAPTIST.

Is it safe to give online?
Yes! Our electronic transaction provider has the highest security standards and is PCI Level 1 Compliant.

Can anyone at the church see my bank account number or credit/debit account number?
No. Those numbers are processed directly by our electronic transaction provider. No one at the church will have access to your account/credit/debit card numbers.

From what types of bank accounts can I donate through ACH?
Checking accounts and savings accounts.

How much does online giving cost?
We do not charge you any fee for online giving. However, it does cost us a nominal fee to process electronic transactions. For debit and credit cards, it costs us 2.3% of your donation plus $0.30 per transaction. For electronic check (ACH), it only costs us $0.25 per transaction! So please do consider ACH, especially if you plan to set up a recurring donation.

Can I change my personal information or amount or frequency of my gift once I have set it up?
Yes. You may update your information in your account at any time. This includes your payment information, in case you change bank accounts or get a new credit or debit card.

Can I review my online giving donation history?
Yes. After logging in, you may view your past online donations and print out a copy. However, please note that the online giving will only show electronic donations given through your online giving login (not physical donations by cash or check). MyHBC users will still be able to view all of their donations online through MyHBC.

Will I still receive regular contribution statements from the church?
Yes. These statements will include all donations, whether given electronically or not. Quarterly statements will be mailed to you throughout the year, and a complete contribution statement will be mailed to you in January from the church for tax purposes. In addition, MyHBC users will still be able to view all of their donations online.
